A white man who was caught on video viciously attacking a fast food employee in Florida has been arrested and charged with two counts of battery, reports Heavy.com.
According to Pinellas County, Florida, court records, Daniel Taylor was arrested in St. Petersburg on New Year’s Eve after a video shot by another customer showed the man lunging and violently grabbing a black female employee.
The 40-year-old can be seen in the video forcefully pulling young woman across the counter before she fights back as the man continues his attack.
Another employee can be seen pulling the victim away as Taylor remains at the counter.
Taylor can then be seen snapping his fingers at an employee who appears to be a manager.
“I want her ass fired right now,” the assailant says to the manager.
The victim shouts back, “No, you’re fixing to go to jail!”
Taylor says, “I was just asking you a fuc*ing question, b*tch,” he screams as she asks why the police are not being called.
Taylor remains in Pinellas County jail on a total $1,000 bond and faces up to one year in jail or 12 months probation, and a $1,000 fine if found guilty of battery in the first degree, according to Florida state law.
