President Donald Trump on Saturday shared a video of his supporters taking to the streets in D.C. and claiming that he “will win” the 2020 presidential election.
Thousands of Donald Trump supporters turned out in Washington D.C. to back his unsubstantiated claims of voter fraud in the US election. Flag-carrying demonstrators were joined by members of far-right extremists including neo-fascists, white nationalists and militia members, some wearing helmets and bullet-proof vests.
One video showed members of the Proud Boys, a far-right extremist group, taking to the streets.

Earlier in the day, supporters swarmed Trump’s motorcade as he drove past on his way to his golf course. Congressman Ted Lieu speculated the real reason he didn’t stop to greet his supporters was because the crowd was “embarrassingly small.”

Videos from the march also showed Trump supporters chanting “Fox News sucks!”
This is the dumbest shit I’ve ever seen in my life. https://t.co/3xw4qhocfj

Kayleigh McEnany, the White House press secretary, falsely claimed more than one million people attended the marches.
Upon returning from the golf course, Trump wildly exaggerated the crowd size, falsely claiming hundreds of thousands in attendance.
“Hundreds of thousands of people showing their support in D.C. They will not stand for a Rigged and Corrupt Election!” Trump tweeted.
“Don’t let the Radical Left Dems STEAL THE ELECTION!” he declared in another deranged tweet.
Trump also attacked Fox News, claiming the network and other “Fake News Networks aren’t showing these massive gatherings. Instead they have their reporters standing in almost empty streets. We now have SUPPRESSION BY THE PRESS. MAGA!”
