Trump Is Having ‘Some Trouble Breathing’: White House Advisor Tells CNN ‘This Is Serious’

President Donald Trump was flown Friday evening from the White House to Walter Reed Medical Center after testing positive early Friday morning for the novel coronavirus.

The White House has spent the day downplaying Trump’s condition, with White House Dr. Sean Conley saying, the “president remains fatigued but in good spirits.”

But CNN chief White House correspondent Jim Acosta is painting a far more concerning picture about the president’s current condition.

Acosta reported that White House officials, “have serious concerns about Trump’s condition tonight and his symptoms are worse than those of the First Lady at this point, according to our sources.”

“Trump adviser said there is reason for concern about Trump’s health tonight,” Acosta tweeted.

“This is serious,” the source told Acosta.

“The source went on to describe Trump as very tired, very fatigued, and having some trouble breathing. WH officials continue to say Trump will be fine,” Acosta added.
