Protesters Blast Dr. Ford’s Testimony As Guests Arrive To Hear Kavanaugh Speak At Federalist Society Dinner
Protestors on Thursday night played the testimony of Dr. Christine Blasey Ford on a large screen in front of Union Station ahead of Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh’s expected appearance at the Federalist Society’s black-tie event.
In a video shared to Twitter, a clip from Dr. Blasey Ford’s testimony during Kavanaugh’s confirmation hearings last year can be heard playing as guests arrived at the event.

In her testimony, Ford alleged that Kavanaugh had sexually assaulted her while the two were in high school.
Kavanaugh vehemently denied Ford’s accusation, as he has denied all allegations against him, in front of congressional committees and was eventually confirmed to the U.S. Supreme Court.
The event, which is a rare public appearance for Kavanaugh, will not be taped or broadcast at Kavanaugh’s request.
