Panicked Trump Claims Mueller’s ‘Presidential Harassment’ Has Kept His Popularity From Reaching 75%

President Trump claimed Thursday that special counsel Robert Mueller’s “Presidential Harassment” has kept his approval rating from climbing to 75 percent.

“Without the phony Russia Witch Hunt, and with all that we have accomplished in the last almost two years (Tax & Regulation Cuts, Judge’s, Military, Vets, etc.) my approval rating would be at 75% rather than the 50% just reported by Rasmussen,” Trump tweeted.

“It’s called Presidential Harassment!” Trump claimed.

Gallup’s most recent tracking poll showed Trump’s overall approval sitting at 40 percent.

Trump’s latest attack on Mueller comes days after the special counsel released a memo detailing former national security adviser Michael Flynn’s extensive cooperation with investigators.
