While You Were Hard At Work, Trump Took His 17th Trip To A Golf Course As President Friday Morning

Donald Trump made his 17th trip to the golf course of his 84-day presidency this Friday morning.

Trump kicked off his Easter weekend visit to his Trump International Golf Club in West Palm Beach at about 9:54 a.m. according to the Sun Sentinel.

CNN’s Jay McMichael and crew captured a rare glimpse of the president golfing.

Trump spent about 4 hours playing a round of golf, according to NBC News reporter Bradd Jaffy.

Jaffy also noted that Trump has now “visited one of his golf clubs on 20% of his days as president so far (17 golf course trips in 84 days).”

This is Trump’s seventh visit to Palm Beach since his inauguration. NBC estimates that Trump has spent about 28% of his presidency traveling to or from, or staying at Mar-a-Lago. Taxpayers are picking up the tab for each visit of course, with a price tag as high as $3 million per trip.

Trump was relentlessly critical, mocking and chastising of former President Obama for indulging the same pastime, as evidenced by the following tweets:
