Fox News personalities Jeanine Pirro and Juan Williams got into a heated screaming match on Tuesday while discussing the House impeachment inquiry into President Trump’s July 25 phone call with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy.
When Pirro made the false claim that Democrats were just interested in getting a free political ad by “trashing [Trump] every day” with impeachment hearings, Williams told Pirro to “just stop” with her constant defense and sycophantic praise of the president.
“Don’t tell me to stop it! I’m a judge,” Pirro claimed on “The Five.”
“For a judge, you should know better,” Williams shot back.
“I know a lot more — do not go there, do not go there,” Pirro said.
“This is not a legal proceeding,” Williams noted.
“This is the Congress of the United States of America,” Pirro yelled, before falsely claiming Congress doesn’t know what they are accusing the president of. “They don’t even know what they are accusing him of. They don’t know what the hell–.”
“They know what they’re doing, apparently you don’t,” Williams fired back over the screaming.
Pirro made headlines on Saturday with her claim that Trump is “almost superhuman” while dismissing news of the president’s unannounced health examination at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center months ahead of his annual physical.
“He’s almost superhuman,” Pirro said. “I don’t know how anyone can deal with what he’s dealing with. I get frustrated with what’s going on in Washington.”
