“Fox & Friends” Abruptly Ends Live Segment After Man Holds Up ‘Fox Lies’ Sign

“Fox & Friends” was forced to abruptly end a live segment just seconds after it began when a man pulled out a sign that read “Fox Lies” and began shouting “fake news.”

The morning show, which received a special shout out from the president at his Phoenix rally last night, was in the middle of a live segment during which the hosts discuss current events with Democrats and Republicans when the unidentified man interrupted the broadcast.

“You’ve got a Democrat right here!” the man shouts as he makes his way into the frame.

“This is fake news. This is fake news!” the man can be heard yelling.

“Steve and Brian, I’m going to send it on back to you,” the reporter says.

The shot returns to the Fox studio where the morning show hosts explained that they cut away “in the best interest of the telecast.”

“I couldn’t hear what he said, but I could read his lips. I know exactly what he meant,” host Brian Kilmeade explained.

“Yeah, we don’t know exactly what was going on there but in the best interest of the telecast we cut away,” host Steve Doocy added.
