Former Rep. Joe Walsh (R-Ill.) said the Department of Justice (DOJ) inspector general’s report released on Thursday proves that former Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton “got screwed” in the FBI’s handling of the investigation of her private email server, saying Comey’s mistakes “helped Trump win.”
Walsh tweeted four conclusions of his after the report was released.
So the #IGREPORT proves what?
1. The FBI was right to decide not to charge Hillary with a crime.
2. That decision wasn’t motivated by political bias or improper considerations.
3. James Comey made mistakes.
4. Those mistakes helped Trump win.
Sounds like Hillary got screwed.

The Hill added:
Walsh, now a conservative radio host and a frequent critic of President Trump, made the comments in regard to the report that found former FBI Director James Comey “deviated” from FBI and DOJ procedures while undertaking the investigation examining Clinton’s use of a private email server.
“While we did not find that these decisions were the result of political bias on Comey’s part, we nevertheless concluded that by departing so clearly and dramatically from FBI and department norms, the decisions negatively impacted the perception of the FBI and the department as fair administrators of justice,” DOJ Inspector General Michael Horowitz said in the report.
