Days After Attacking ‘Fake News’ Polls, Trump Shares ‘Fake’ Poll Showing He’s A ‘Better President’ Than Obama

President Trump took a break from his grueling 17-day working vacation at his golf club in Bedminster, N.J. to share a Twitter poll that shows he is a “better” president than his predecessor, former President Barack Obama.

According to the unscientific poll conducted by the account “Progress Polls,” 61 percent of respondents believe Trump is the better President of the United States, compared to 39 percent who cast a vote for Obama.

Just days earlier, Trump tweeted attacks on the free press and ordered his followers to not “believe the Fake News Suppression Polls!”

The tweet came as the president faced a cascade of unfavorable polling figures from virtually every credible political data source.

Twitter users were incensed by the President’s retweet of a “fake news” poll.
